Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the promotion end each week.

Offer is valid for one of 3 prize packages: 2 Comedy Club tickets plus Classic room at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and $150 Dining Credit, or 2 Comedy Club tickets plus Classic room at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, or 2 Comedy Club tickets.

Offer valid for booking Sunday night through Thursday night only.

Prize elements must be booked and used on the same night.

Gratuity not included.

Winners must redeem and schedule their prize within 30 days of winning the prize, or the prize is forfeited.

All hotel rooms and Comedy Club tickets are based on availability. Exclusions apply.

Comedy Club tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions.

Borgata determines seating locations based on current availability.

Comedy Club tickets must be picked up in person at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa with valid ID.

For Grand prize winners, $150 dining credit is added to winner’s room reservation as a food and beverage credit to be used during the length of the in house registration. Any unused food and beverage credit is forfeited. Winner is responsible for any charges exceeding the $150 food and beverage credit.

Winner is responsible for hotel security hold, resort fee, and occupancy fee upon check-in.

BorgataCasino.com reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety, or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.

By participating, winner authorizes Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa the right to use and reproduce winner’s name and/or account name for the purposes of advertising, publicity or promotions of any kind.
