How DraftKings Sports Betting National Championship Works

As mentioned, players enter this event through a $10,000 buy-in or a DraftKings DFS qualifier. You can pay the entry fee through wire transfer, funds in your DraftKings Fantasy account, PayPal or by going to Resorts Casino in Atlantic City and paying in cash.

From Jan. 11 to Jan. 13, entrants to the SBNC can participate anywhere in New Jersey. Players use $5,000 as their sports betting bankroll. The $5,000 is part of the $10,000 buy-in. Here are the rules:

  • On Friday and Saturday, bet on any sport you want. Sunday betting is only allowed on the two NFL Divisional Playoff Games.
  • Players must place a total of $1,000 in bets by the close of betting on Saturday night and $2,000 across Sunday’s NFL games to be eligible to win leaderboard prizes.
  • Players with the highest bankrolls at the end of the tournament will share the leaderboard prizes.
  • All players take home their final bankroll at the end of the tournament.
  • Only one entry allowed per player.
