DraftKings Sportsbook Tell Us Team & Line Bet Percentages For The Super Bowl

Super Bowl LIII kicks off on Feb. 3 and DraftKings Sportsbook was kind enough to reach out to us at BonusSeeker and provide us with some vital sports betting information. It is interesting to see where the New Jersey sports betting community is placing their bets for Super Bowl 53. And since DraftKings is the largest NJ sports betting operator, we feel like this data could be a solid representation of sports bettors from the state.

As you can clearly see, the Patriots are crushing moneyline bets and against the spread handle (total amount wagered) according to DraftKings. Remember when the Patriots tried to play the “underdog” angle heading into their matchup against the Chiefs? Yea, well, not this time Tom and Gronk. As of now, you are very much the favorite in the public’s eyes.

And quite frankly, it has been that way the whole season. Here is the moneyline and spread breakdown for the 2018 NFL regular season.

The DraftKings Sportsbook app saw the Patriots take on the most moneyline bets and against the spread handle for the NFL 2018 season. The Pats went 11-5 and were 9-7 against the spread. In 2017, New England were 11-5 against the spread with a 13-3 regular season record. Maybe this is why some underrated the Pats heading into the NFL postseason. When it comes to evaluating teams, sometimes close games, two less wins and some sports betting burns can sway public opinion. The Pats did not perform as well against the spread or in general compared to 2017, but as we now see, this team is not only a Super Bowl contender, but are now the favorite.

When it comes to an over/under bet, I try to envision how the game will play out. And the vision right now is that both teams will want to keep the other’s offense off the field. That means slowing the game down, running the ball, perhaps rely on a short-passing game. And it may mean a lower score than anticipated. NJ sports bettors seem to be hamming the over on the DraftKings Sportsbook app, but I am leaning toward the under in this Super Bowl. The Patriots were pretty good at keeping points off the board during the regular season. I wouldn’t be surprised to see something close to a 27-21 final, and even a 31-24 final sneaks us right beneath the under.

DraftKings Sportsbook Saw Some Big Winners Last Week

With the Super Bowl this Sunday, you can expect some large payouts from DraftKings Sportsbook. Though it looks like DK Sportsbook got started early with last week’s payouts:

A DK player hit a 12-leg parlay of NHL and NBA moneyline, spreads and over-unders. This player turned $0.50 into $492.32 at 984.65 odds! Hitting a 12-leg parlay is pretty incredible

Another DK Sportsbook player hit on a four-leg parlay on soccer three-ways. The player picked two underdog winners and one tie, cashing out before the last game began. The player turned $1 into $687.68!

Good luck this Sunday!
