At BonusSeeker, we are pumped up to make some more March Madness predictions for the NCAA Tournament and can only hope Day 2 is as exciting as Day 1 was. Before moving forward, take a look at our BonusSeeker NCAA Tournament bracket and help us keep track of our progress!
Online sports betting players making NCAAB predictions for the NCAA Tournament should bear in mind that these games are tough to handicap for oddsmakers as well as the public. Because so many of these games are between teams that don’t meet often, research is key before making any sports betting picks. And while it’s always good to look up recent trends, many won’t matter much since March Madness games from here forward get played on a neutral floor.
Prior to making any NCAA predictions on March Madness, NJ online sports betting players need to make a decision on which NJ sportsbook is best for them. There are a host of great options to choose from, including the SugarHouse Sportsbook app. When it comes to making sports picks, it’s imperative that your sportsbook gives you the most and best sports betting options to choose from, which is why we don’t hesitate to use NCAA basketball lines from SugarHouse Sportsbook to make 2019 March Madness predictions.

NCAAB Sports Betting Picks: Top College Basketball Plays of the Day
No. 13 UC Irvine Anteaters vs. No. 4 Kansas State Wildcats (-4.5) - 2pm
Kansas State looks for the sequel to last year’s Elite Eight run and begins as 4.5-point favorites against UC Irvine on Sugarhouse Sportsbook. Kansas State returns basically the same roster that made that 2018 NCAA Tournament run, but we doubt that happens again even if the Wildcats make it through the Anteaters. Even doing that, however, will be tough. Not only has UC Irvine won 10 games in a row, they’ve covered nine of them and are 20-13 ATS on the season. There’s reason to believe that with such a stout defense and the chance to play pretty close to home in San Jose, UC Irvine can win and not just cover this online sports betting pick.
Pick: UC Irvine Anteaters +4.5 (-110)
No. 16 Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs vs. No. 1 Virginia Cavaliers (-22) - 3:10pm
Virginia begins the NCAA Tournament as 22-point favorites on SugarHouse Sportsbook, and online sports betting players should expect them to cover that number. The Cavaliers (16-2 in ACC) have unfinished business not only in March Madness, but more specifically the first round. After becoming the first No. 1 seed to lose to a No. 16 seed in 2018, we can bet Virginia will not be taking its foot off the gas on Gardner-Webb, which makes its first tournament appearance. UVA may score 80 by themselves as they finally put last year’s debacle behind them for the NCAA prediction today.
Pick: Virginia Cavaliers -22 (-110)
No. 12 Oregon Ducks vs. No. 5 Wisconsin Badgers - 4:30pm
Wisconsin enters the first round as a slight favorite over Oregon on SugarHouse Sportsbook. Wisconsin earned an at-large Big Ten bid while Oregon stole their bid with a run to the Pac-12 tournament title. The Badgers are the more consistent group, but online sports betting players know the NCAA Tournament can be about when you get hot. The Ducks are streaking at the right time and have covered eight of 10 while Wisconsin has covered just two of its last nine. Need to take the team playing better basketball for the March Madness prediction.
Pick: Oregon Ducks +2 (-109)
No. 11 Ohio State Buckeyes vs. No 6 Iowa State Cyclones (-5.5) - 9:50pm
Iowa State enters Friday’s NCAA Tournament game with Ohio State as 5.5-poing favorites on the SugarHouse Sportsbook app. Iowa State is riding high of a Big 12 tournament title, and we don’t see them overlooking the Buckeyes here. Ohio State won enough to make it here as an at-large, but Iowa State is a far more superior team and is a threat for a deep run. As a team that plays well on neutral floors (five covers of the last six tries), the Cyclones overpower the Buckeyes and run away in the second half to secure a cover for online sports betting players.
Pick: Iowa State -5.5 (-107)
Best of luck!
