2019 NFL Schedule: Eagles Favored According To NFC East Odds On SugarHouse App

The Eagles followed up the franchise’s first-ever championship in Super Bowl LII with a road playoff win in Chicago on Wild Card Weekend last season. Once again, Philadelphia is expected to content for a playoff spot, and are NFL betting favorites to win the NFC East division at -112 on the PA SugarHouse Sportsbook app going into the 2019 NFL schedule. The Eagles, which recently re-signed franchise quarterback Carson Wentz to a four-year contract extension through 2024, even have the third-lowest NFC Championship odds at +500.

The Eagles will play on Thursday night in Week 4 and have 10 days to rest and prepare for a second-year QB in Sam Darnold. The Jets are improved, but the  Eagles by a touchdown seems feasible against a team that will still be figuring it out with so many new parts.

• Week 11: Eagles -1 (-103) vs. Patriots

Coming out of the bye week, the Eagles host New England. With two weeks to prepare and basically just need a win at home, this looks like a great spot for Philadelphia. At least it does several months in advance.
